A: No. We don't charge any set-up fees (except where applicable on a few items). There are no hidden fees.

A: You can customize any item in our catalog starting at 1 pc
* except acrylic knit in beanies (24 pcs) and jacquard socks (50 pairs)
Q: How Much Is Shipping?

Q: How Long Will it Take to Get My Order?
A: Around 3-4 Business Weeks. After your digital proof is approved, we will create one real sample within 5-7 business days and send the image to you by email for final approval before production. Production is around 7-10 business days. Please allow more time for larger orders. Add 7-10 days for air transit time to your final destination.
Q: Do You Offer Rush Service?

Q: Can You Color Match?
A: Sublimation can achieve very close CMYK color match to your customer's art requirements. You will get photos of a spec sample prior to production for approval.

A: 24-48 hours.

A: Our overseas print, cut and sew manufacturing partners are located in Pakistan and China. Everything is hand made with great detail. Our partners have over 50 years manufacturing experience in the apparel and merch industry.
